Kingdom Girl Becoming is intended for adults age 18 and older. By creating an account or using account-only features, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Kingdom Girl Becoming provides Christian, Scripture-centered educational, devotional, planning, journaling, and reflection tools. Content in the app is intended to support personal study and spiritual growth. It does not replace Scripture, your local faith community, pastoral counsel, or qualified professional care.

The service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. AI-supported responses and devotional content are not diagnoses, treatment, prophecy, or a guarantee of spiritual outcomes.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or call 911 for an emergency.

You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us through the Support Center if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent allowed by law.

You keep ownership of original content you submit, such as journal entries, prayers, notes, drawings, and photos. You give us a limited permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and support the service and the features you request.

You are responsible for having the right to upload your content. Do not upload content that unlawfully violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation. Review important statements against Scripture and reliable sources before relying on them. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law, harm another person, threaten, harass, exploit, or abuse.
• Upload malware, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• Access another person’s account or private content without permission.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law clearly permits it.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Kingdom Girl Becoming branding, original design, devotional material, software, and other original service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bible translations and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms and rights.

Some features depend on Base44, Google, Bible text services, AI providers, and other third parties. Their services may change or be unavailable, and their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

We may maintain, change, add, remove, or discontinue features. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate misuse, or address security and technical problems.

If paid products or subscriptions are offered in the future, the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any refund policy will be presented before purchase. These terms do not create a charge by themselves.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular personal or spiritual result.

To the extent permitted by law, Kingdom Girl Becoming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, visit the Support Center and select “Account Deletion.”

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and effective date and request renewed agreement when appropriate. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using account-only features and request account deletion.
