Kingdom Girl Becoming is a Scripture-centered reflection and growth experience intended for adults, with content crafted for women in mind. In this policy, “Kingdom Girl Becoming,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service offered through kingdomgirlbecoming.com.

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information, including your email address, name, sign-in method, and account role.
• Content you choose to save, including journal entries, moods, prayers, study notes, highlights, goals, planner items, budget information, drawings, and optional uploaded photos.
• Activity information, including reading progress, bookmarks, streaks, badges, and feature usage stored in your account.
• AI interaction content, including prompts, messages, journal text, prayer requests, and related context you submit to an AI-supported feature.
• Support information, including your email address and the details you send through the Support Center.
• Marketing consent information, including your email address, subscription status, source, and the date and version of your consent.
• Technical information normally processed by online services, such as browser, device, network, security, and request information.

We use information to:

• Provide accounts, save your progress, and operate the features you request.
• Generate AI-supported reflections, study assistance, prayers, and other responses you ask for.
• Secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• Respond to support, privacy, correction, and account deletion requests.
• Send launch news, Scripture-centered encouragement, and offers when you separately choose to join the email list.
• Comply with law, protect people and the service, and enforce our terms.

When you use an AI-supported feature, the text and context needed to answer your request may be processed through Base44 and its AI service providers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not enter information you do not want processed for that purpose.

AI-supported features are not confidential pastoral counseling and are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency services.

We may share information only as needed with:

• Base44, which provides app hosting, authentication, databases, backend functions, file storage, and AI integrations.
• Google, when you choose Google sign-in, and Google Fonts when fonts are loaded in your browser.
• The external Bible text service used to retrieve supported Bible translations.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security, or rights-protection purposes.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.

The app does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Creating an app account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If you join the email list, future marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method. You may also request removal through the Support Center.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, keep required records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account or specific information through the Support Center. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally permitted or required.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in credentials private.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Rights vary by location, and we will honor applicable rights.

Submit a request through the Support Center and select the privacy, access, correction, or deletion category.

The service is intended for adults age 18 and older. If we learn that personal information was collected through the service from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to disable the account and delete the information as appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and request renewed acknowledgment when an update materially changes your use of the service.
